Custom Made Lampshades Handmade to Order:

Our Lampshades are custom made just for you; each product will be unique in its own way. We aim to complete your order within 4-10 working days of receiving payment. Orders places Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will not get started until the following working day.

Shady Designs guarantees all of its products. Please inspect all goods on receipt. Claims must be made in writing and include proof of purchase.

Shipping Times

All orders are handmade and shipped from our Sydney studio within 4-10 days of payment being received. If for some reason your order is delayed we will contact you via phone or email.

There are two stages to our order process: Custom making for you and then shipping them out. You will receive a notification email when your order leaves our studio.

Delivery

All delivery times provided on our site are estimates. Once handed over to our freight carriers, actual delivery time of your order can be affected by means outside of our control.

Delivery times are 2-7 days by courier from our Sydney studio
